Hi there, I'm asking about the best way to outsource content writing. I have a product review website. I need high-quality articles at a good price. What is the best way to get high-quality articles at a reasonable price?

Ask for samples and see which best fits your need.
 
The best way forward is to hire your own writers from platforms like upwork, iwriter, etc and train them on your writing style (making content briefs can help).

You need to target writers that need money badly. They will work for less pay. Like college students.
 
You can check the content & copywriting section and ask them for review copies if available so you can get clarification about their sevice
 
The most ideal way forward is to recruit your own scholars from stages like upwork, iwriter, and so forth and train them on your composing style (creating content briefs can help).
 
You can check the marketplace or hire from Upwork. Try a couple of writers before hiring him permanently.

Whats your goal exactely? High quality articles and posting from time to time?
Or 2-5 articles per week? With or without images? etc.
 
I usually hire workers from Upwork. You can find good writers there.
