I faced the same issue with one of my VPS days ago, I noticed that GSA did not Verified the link so all email was unread. after i Robot the VPS was working fine again. I think it is a small thing in GSA. I hope this help you forwards

Captcha sniper is an old tool, I think I still have my license somewhere, does it still work? And GSA recognizes it?

Yes. But the creator was still providing support a few years back. His site is also online currently but he doesn't reply anymore to messages.

Xevil 5.0 is nowhere when you use later version of recaptcha. It consume less hardware resources and accuracy is almost 100% if you are using right proxies

The thing is that unless you are using GSA with an ultra curated list, its not worth spending on manual captcha labour for the amount of poor quality links you are gonna be generating
Hence XEvil 6 is the best despite not being as good as manual captcha solvers (and you have to keep it always updated to the latest version, this is super-important). Also XEvil 7 is about to be released. It's a pain in the ass because they will ask you to pay again so if you can wait I would go for the 7 straight (it should be released in March)
Although you can configure in GSA which type of solver you are going to be using depending the campaign or the tiering.

Xevil 7 is out. I guess its best to buy on pre /early bird. I have extended xevil subscription for 100bucks for 3 years year ago... checkout their forum banners once in a while or ask our from their skype.
for guys like us Xevil is a money saver. Bot master and GSA are one of the best automation companies that agreed

Your base concept seems wrong submitted is already solved captcha. Though mod of that site has removed your link or hasn't came or page chaged.

Captchas where you pay per 1k are all a complete and utter rip-off in my opinion.
deathbycaptcha = $2.89 for 1,000 Recaptcha 2 and 3. I'd be spending $100s each and every day if I used them and that would be per project. Instead, it's nearer $15 a day.

Xevul is a life saver if you are serious about gsa ser campaign. Nowdays almost all website use recaptcha or kind of hard captcha so using a desktop solver is affordable. I vouch for xevil. I also owned monstercap from zenno.
