Beat me to it, one of the best series ever written.

The Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan is also up there, fantastic stuff (a little slow at the beginning of the first book, but worth getting to the good stuff).

Also, the Incarnations of Immortality series by Piers Anthony.

Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card.

The Monk and the Executive is an old one, but still great. I think everyone should read it.

The Count of Monte Cristo. It is a bit slow in the first 2 chapters but I was on a few day bus ride and once I got passed those chapters I couldn't put it down even when I reached my destination (Mongolia)

The Game by Neil Strauss

Art of War is no doubt a class book. Apart from that I would also like to mention, Tao Te Ching of Lao Tzu. One of the best books I have read till date.

Brave New World - Aldous Huxley

Playboy, Penthouse - they start slow, then you get the middle poster then slow again.
Coloring books - very nice to have, single use unfortunately.

On a serious note... don't read that much unfortunately. Some I liked...

Shogun by James Clavel
Influence: Science and Practice by Robert Cialdini
Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kyosaki (not necessarily an awesome book by my standards today, but i happened to read it when it mattered for me).
Popular stories - yeah i actually like stories a lot. Some of them are amazingly deep.
