Wordpress hands down, if you're looking for a good hosting provider, go with someone that lets you get your own server, like Cloudways (not affiliated). It will cost a bit more but it's worth it.

Only if finding such blog posting websites was that easy! Use a query to find the blogging websites. There are many blogging websites that have high DA but they are paid. If you can pay, you can easily find high quality websites that will help you rank your website. All you have to do it to use the right keywords in query.
