My host died today and was in a pickle for a customer who obviously is blaming me for choosing said terrible host.
After researching BHW i decided to go with host winds, must say i'm very happy.
First, the live chat was manned by a competent Tech that works with the servers, someone that was actually able to make decisions and help with support not just sell from a script. I love live chat that isn't outsourced.
Second, as they new I was in a bad situation with my host dying they prioritized my set up and had it going within ample time.
