Telegram Chat member add failed

This message appears and you cannot add a member.

There are currently 1200 members. Is there anyone who can solve this problem?

I believe your channel got spam blocked, usually 10-30% of group members reports, causes this.

Also if this is the case and you use invite services, people are unlikely to work in your group as all their accounts will get banned in a blink of an eye
 
Estou com o mesmo problema a mais de 15 dias. Se alguém souber resolver, me diga por favor.

I tried with a new one, and two others that I already used. I tried on a computer with an Android simulator. I tried VPN, another cell phone, another group... nothing worked. :'(
