The only issue is vioce-over quality for sales conversion rate. If i were you, i would use real people sound for a sales pages. You can find one on fiverr.
I would only use automated text to speech on suromated scale projects.

Yes, that's exactly what I was going to do but wasn't sure if I could send the salespage content as a script for the voiceover guy.

I use Amazon Polly for my voice-overs sometimes some of the accents are pretty good if time is limited. But generally I agree that nothing beats a real human voice.

Yes it is. I do this for my sales videos. I use "Natural Reader" with a British female voice and do a little tweaking in Audacity to make it sound a little more real. I'd use my own voice, but I don't like how it comes out on recordings.
