Hello guys,

Do you know any online 'natural' sounding text to speech?

I found a couple of threads but they are from 2012, so I was looking if you have used any recently.

All the ones I've seen have sounded like computer-generated voices maybe you can use fiverr to find someone to do a voiceover

fiverr will be your best bet . Try some new gigs which will be cheaper .

What software is that? To make the computer generated voice

There's one called Apex Text To Speech, it's not too shabby depending on what you want it for.

I don't think your going to find any free natural sounding text to speech services. If your willing to pay there is IBM's bluemix. They have a free demo you can try out.

I don't if you would find a good online program, but "dragon naturally speaking" could serve your need.

A Google Chrome extension called "Select and Speak - Text to Speech (SpeakIt!)" works pretty well. I used it on a couple videos and nobody has complained as they normally do with synthetic speech. With any TTS, you might need to adjust the phonetic spelling. For example, to speak "YouTube" in Spanish, I spell it "yu tub". My computer is older, so I use a cable from the rear line out to the front microphone. A new computer can do it digitally.

I tried IBM Bluemix, but it didn't sound natural and the country accents were not what I needed.
