Technically no. However there are some really good paid tts tools out there that a human would never be able to tell the difference without knowing exactly what they're looking for. Here is an example I just made for you to listen to.Can a youtube channel be accepted for monetisation if i use a free text to speech service ?

This still looks TTS to me, i found one TTS that no one can tell it's TTS.Technically no. Keep in mind: You can edit tone, pause pitch and other things to make it pretty much a 1 to 1 match on a human voice. I won't tell you what tool I use , but do your research and you'll find a good one.
and what is it?the main thing here is to help ,i know murf .ai only and i found the blakify ltd that it could help me,what is yours guys? This still looks TTS to me, i found one TTS that no one can tell it's TTS.
I read some other posts on here and most are saying its a hit or miss. There are two ways i could do this, get monetised first and then start using tts or i could just take the risk and attempt to get monetised with tts. I will update the thread to let everyone know how it goes .That's fricking good - but when you're dealing with a reviewer (or potentially an algorithm) looking for things like TTS... I don't know if it's good enough. However, I've definitely had actual VO artists who sound more robotic.
@hazzi there are some outliers who manage it. Some get ads for a while before losing them. For the most part, I'd say no.
I pay VO freelancers and in-house staff to produce videos so I'm always paying attention to TTS services, but it's just not there yet. You can still build a channel with TTS and promote a product or service potentially but I wouldn't start a project with the goal of getting Adsense on there.

The good thing about this is that I can make adjustments to pauses and tone to make it almost indistinguishable from a human. Also YouTube isn’t as strict on tts as people think. They’ll let you slide just as long as it’s not accompanied by bad content as well. This still looks TTS to me, i found one TTS that no one can tell it's TTS.
