[Testers Needed] Viral Link Locker

I found this idea here in bhw! so the credit for the idea goes to karibo

I have remake the script from scratch in asp.net language but with more re-usability features!
it's now in Alfa version and I need testers!
don't worry you will not need hosting as it's already hosted:

How it work?

go to:
http://neoo.pw/

fill public url where the generated traffic will go!
fill the reward url which will sent to the user as a reward after making him send x number of visitor to the public url!
fill min hit's which is the required number of hits before the link unlocked!

after click shorten you will get a link you put in your public page!

this was the webmaster process steps!

how the user use it?

-he click the shortened link
-got in the landing page!
-if he interested in the offer he fill the name and email
-after shat he got a custom link where he should share it to his friends
-when he send the required amount of traffic he got the reward link to his inbox!

testers and active members in this thread will get special discount when the script is finished!
also I need your idea's to improve the script to be more user friendly and more performer!

well I used the idea not the source and this will have more features soon to make it reach it's potential peak!
so this why the script will be paid! but the service itself will stay free!

I m not charing for anything yet! the finished script will sold to people how need more features that I will code into the script!
I m already shared this script for usage to the community! they can make money off it and I m already hosting the script so they can make money without any cost!
the script will only sold after I add the features asked by the members here!
if no one interested about this I will not sell anything!
