I know I probably won't make a lot of friends with this post but...you (and potential buyers) may be better off if you didn't sell the tool and offered a cheap backlink service doing it yourself.
Kind of like:
Give a man some fish...feed him for a day
Teach a man to fish...feed him for a lifetime
Rent the man a fishing pole...puts food on both your tables
I say this because, although it looks like a great tool, the target of your spam is a relatively finite group of pages/sites and isn't likely to grow at nearly the pace of something like a WP base. Selling a tool to spam them, I see the sites getting killed (saturated) pretty quickly, forcing them to find alternatives to fend off the spam, rendering the tool ineffective pretty quickly. This will piss off your buyers and eliminate any potential new buyers.
Anyway, I'm no blogengine expert but just my $.02 and something to think about.

I always respect and appreciate people's opinions even though I might not agree fully.I hear what you are saying, and I actually had that in mind to keep the tool private, and just sell links from it like you are suggesting, but I thought that as soon as the good do-follow links would become more public, somebody else would make the program anyway, so I decided to sell it.
I agree that the BE platform gets nowhere near WP, but my conclusion is that it still has value. The program costs $25, so it doesn't take many good backlinks for people to make that amount back many times.. There are 293.000 hits in G for: +"Notify me when new comments are added" +"Add comment" +"powered by blogengine.NET" - so there should be head room for some time to come.. If people gets pissed off because it gets saturated, then it is their problem. This is not really a program that people will use for lifetime..

Seorebel, on the scraper I ran it the first time and collected about 800 urls, I went back with a new wordlist to get some more and the program is just idle, even after I hit start. I go to the taskmgr and it shows it's running but it's collecting nothing now. The last time I ran it I got a popup that asked me to install Silverlight, so I did, but now it's not collecting any urls.

Thanks, I will check out the rerun of the program.. About the Silverlight, then the pop-up must come from BECPoster, and not the SERP Scraper.. The solution is to install silverlight..
Seorebel, Ok I just went and took a smoke break and let the scraper run for about 5 min, when I came back it's just running but collecting nothing.
I had a question about the license also, I plan to purchase this from you when you get the bugs worked out but I was going to install this on my laptop as well and test this on my desktop and laptop with different OS, will the license after purchase allow installs for two computers or one?
I'm gonna go ahead and install this now on both computers for testing so if you see my email come in again for registration that will be why.

What do you mean that it was running but collecting nothing? What did it say in the log? did it find any urls, did it save any?
Seorebel, I just installed the scraper on my laptop and set it to run, will post back in a bit on how it ran on the laptop.

There are 2159 words in the wordlist.txt file. I searched for any empty lines and there are none except for at the end of the document, but I tried running the program with that one at the end and then took it out, but got the same results.

Ya strange, the very first time I ran it everything worked fine, but now can not get it to collect anything on both computers and the log window just stays blank. Not really sure what the deal is. I went and did a manual search in G and my ip is not banned.
