Another questions. Does this app work on any blog url as good as it works on blogengine?

Ok, I think I got the double posting sorted out.. at least I hope so
I am going to merge the name and url into a name/url file, so that unlimited random URL's will get posted.. it will be in the format of: name||url
I wrote an admin here to ask for approval of the program so that I can start selling it.. hoping for a quick answer..
One guy wrote me that he got nailed by his ISP for linkspamming, even though he used a proxy. Working with proxy and the webbrowser object i .net can be quite tricky, as you have to hack your way around everything, so there is definately a chance that there is a glitch in some cases.. I'm afraid that is one of the risks of using blackhat software.. You might wanna think about renting a VPS to post from if you have a Gestapo ISP.. VPS land have them at $18 per month..
I will write as soon as I upload the latest version.. Just run the program, and it will ask you to update..

I've got a really silly question to ask.
Do people get banned from their ISP because people webmasters manually report them? Or is it because the ISP detects too much activity and so on?
If it is the first option, I don't get how he his ISP could ban him if he had a proxy IP on at all times.

Is it the correct way to edit name.Example as follow

The tool is good, but it's not working for all blogs (probably because of the different versions of dotnetblogengine). Also I found out that there is problem with languages, for example if you write something in different charset (than windows-1252), it not appear right in comments. So probably you shoud use UTF-8 for post strings.
