I paid this person for a Google Ads campaign. He:
promised delivery by Monday and failed to deliver,
claimed to have “agency accounts,”
said it was mandatory to send an additional $500 to “add balance” before he could run the campaign (this is not a Google requirement)
i paid him $200 USDT, and he delivered nothing.
later claimed the campaign was already approved (false), and
blocked me and deleted our Telegram chat, removing evidence.
When I questioned the results, he deflected responsibility and minimized the situation.
After I challenged these claims, he blocked me and deleted our messages.
Key Misrepresentations:
Delivery promise: He stated the campaign would be completed by Monday; it was not delivered.
Agency accounts: He claimed to have “agency accounts.” (Requesting verification.)
Mandatory $500 top-up: He insisted I must send $500 to fund the campaign before he could run it. This is not a mandatory requirement in Google Ads; advertisers can fund accounts directly and do not need to transfer money to a third party.
