Temp banned for doing like 53 follows!

I just want to know if someone already had that and how long did you wait if it happend to you. Yesterday I got a temp ban because I followed like 300 people with followliker...Now today I decided to be safe and do it manually and it temp banned me after 53 follows! It says a error occured.. we restrict blablabla. That never happened to me lol (I mean I already got temp banned but because I followed like 1300 people)
OH yeah and I can't like ! The same message appears when I try to. I didn't even do one like lol wtf

dude you need to take it SLOW..

I only follow 20 people an hour = 200 followers a day
 
Happens to me sometimes too, but only for particular users. I just skip them and everything works fine then

1 week ago I was following 1200 people a day and unfollowing everyone in 2 days(and Ive been doing it for weeks), yesterday I followed 300 with like 90 seconds delay.. thats taking it slow lol and I was still blocked

Is it a brand new account. Or an aged account. I've heard you have to wait a week to follow. Anyways same thing happened to me. Which sucs cause I got 90 follow backs from like 200 follows. Oh and then they deleted my account.
 
I had it for 5 months lol its the first time it happens to me. Well I think I'll just wait a week before doing anything but thats seriously weird.
 
Ugly situation.. why dont you just leave the acc for a few days dont even log in. Btw how old is that acc, how many followers?

I experienced the same thing few weeks ago but now, back to xxxxlikes / xxxfollows

Oh btw as I said its 5 months old with 38k+ Followers

I don't think it would result in any difference for this account. If you create another one, then I'd think about using the same IP twice. Let us know after you start following again please

i have had almost the exact same thing happen to me in the past week.

i have an account with over 40k followers that is about 6 months old. I used to follow about 1200 a day and would gain about 300 from this. Now, as of last week, i can only follow a few hundred a day, and will get blocked from following after following only 40 at a time.

instagram must be flagging a lot of people recently. i think i'm going to lay low and not be active on this account for a few days, then try again.

when I've had a temporary ban I still posted a photo during the day of inactivity. If you go all dead, that would look more like bot because after a temporary ban all activity has stopped
 
Since its been 3 days (im not too patient lol) I'll try botting slowly and see if it still blocks me
