"Tell us how we can make BHW better"

I have just received the latest PM newsletter from DD with the title "Tell us how we can make BHW better".

There is nothing within the newsletter relating to being able to provide feedback about BHW and trying to make it better.

What is the point of sending out this PM with this title (other than I guess trying to get more people than normal to open it)?

I think its referring to this part that is visible in the PM: "we want to know your thoughts too."

I was thinking about that.. maybe we should answer that PM with our feedback but I'm not sure if they will check them manually as the message sent by DD is an auto-msg.

Yeah I guess this is what they are refering to.

I recommend reading the initial posts from mods in Sherbs thread, unless they have been deleted or edited.
