Your do-follow link will have rel="sponsored" attribute value to the <a> tag. ( Not shown on UI )

d0follow and sponsored are different things.

d0follow doesn't exist, but nofollow does. So, if you see a link pre-pended with "nofollow" it means that THAT particular link doesn't pass link juice to the page that it links to. If you don't see the "nofollow" tag pre-pended to that link then the link is a d0follow one and it passes link juice. The links that are d0follow are the best links you can get, but you should not get only d0follow links because this looks unnatural and google can punish you for building links.

"sponsored" links is a trick invented by google to fool us into snitching the people that give us backlinks so that google can punish (de-rank / de-index the sites of) those people.

So, d0follow and sponsored are 2 completely different things

rel=”sponsored” is a link attribute to highlight sponsored and affiliate links to your website

It's telling crawlers that the link is paid for and thus should be discounted as any sort of SEO-related signal. You want to avoid this attribute on your links at all costs unless all you care about is direct traffic from it.

Sponsored links openly tell google it is paid link, if your website is a big brand this couldn't be a problem. At starting stage you should avoid getting links.
