hey guys
i have been trying to create couple of new bots from different accounts (aged and new )
and after i create the bot its seems like it shadow banned.
what do i mean , if i remove the last character from the username of the bot , it doesn't show up in the global search , only with the full username
i even waited couple of days nothing happens , some of them i sent premium activity their showing 4000+ monthly users , and still shadow banned for some reason , i sent the activity slowly to look like its real (20-30) per hour .
anyone know how to solve it ?

Telegram's search is definitely getting stricter to kill off spam, so your bots are likely getting flagged by their new anti-abuse filters regardless of the activity you're faking. You should try keeping the usernames more organic and avoid any aggressive growth tactics

Now to improve your ranking with TG bots you must have better stats.

New members clicking /start regularly will help , users adding your bot to their groups could work too.

What you're describing sounds less like "shadowban" + more like low-trust indexing - exact match works, partial search doesn't get exposed yet. Those 4k monthly users from slow premium activity probably mean nothing if the starts/session quality is janky, TG can see fake velocity patterns pretty fast. I'd stop pushing synthetic activity, get real /start flows + real group adds + complete profile/support links, because partial search usually opens up only after the bot builds trust off legit usage, not botted stats.
