The more accurate your keywords are, the higher your search rankings will be.
suppose 2 groups have same keywords?

If both groups have the same keywords with the same match type, you might be bidding against yourself, potentially driving up costs and hindering performance.
This is what I'm facing right now, too much competition with the use of the keyword by others including me , makes it difficult to stand out

Said by the founder of Telegram, now ranking depends in Premium members mostly, regular members are important too but they have lost around 80% of the power.
So you will need Premium people interations, mainly join your group / channel or start your bot. Every time an account joins a channel it loses a bit of the power, so if a Premium account join 500 channels won't affect the same to those channels ranking than if the account just joined 1. This may not matter at low level but in thousands, makes the difference.
Regarding interactions, at least for now it's not proven they affect a lot but for sure is good to have, Telegram evolves over the years and you may not want have a channel with 10k premiums and 0 interactions from them, they are aiming to be more like a social media app that just chatting and in social media, engagement is all, just check other social media history.

1) improve search rank by using keywords in your channel name, biography, and content that are as accurate as possible
2) channels with the most users will be ranked higher in search results - so try to add more users.
