I random guy who messaged me saying that he wants to buy my old telegram groups and wants to buy for a decent amount and he told he just sell it for a 2x in some Chinese website. Anyone knows what the website is ?

The most likely website is FansCity or FansGram. These are well-known Chinese marketplaces for buying and selling social media assets, primarily Telegram groups/channels, Instagram pages, YouTube channels, etc.

However, the random guy who wrote to you is a scammer. Stop all communication with him, block and report.

FansCity or FansGram are the only one i know off to, if you decide to sell it i suggest you ask for funds first or use a Escrow service for the exchange

Most of these are crypto scams. However, I heard about some legit buyers for telegram names. So, go ahead if you take precautions or completely avoid it if you're not willing to take risk.

I think the best option is to sell through sales threads on forums, because a one-on-one conversation is required for the transfer process.


Also, 2FA must have been enabled on your account for a week. You need to learn some technical details. Transferring a channel may not happen immediately.
