Telegram Link Preview Not Displaying Group Image

I've seen other users post a telegram group invite link on Twitter and the link displayed an image of their telegram profile/channel. Whenever I post my telegram links, it doesn't display an image of my group just the telegram logo. I've tried different formats and different images but the result is the same. Is there something you can do via telegram side to ensure that your profile pic/group default Pic shows instead of the logo?

Maybe their Telegram profile settings or configs? I know Twitter tends to do that for certain links, seen it myself, so it's worth checking out if it's on Twitter settings or Telegrams.

If the Telegram link preview isn't displaying the group image:
