Hello, i did use a tool to ban illegal groups on telegram that were violating of children's rights to say the least. Telegram does a good job on taking those down but my tool is down now.

Is there still a free tool around to do this? I want to report/delete as many of these disgusting groups as possible but just reporting with 1 account is not going to do anything.

I need a tool with API where i can log in many accounts and report with atleast 10 accounts per run. I prefer free but if i need to buy the tool its ok if its not too expensive.

i dont think there is tool exist but you can report manually

Unfortunately, there is no quick and free way to block prohibited content on Telegram. There are scripts based on the platform's API that allow mass reporting of complaints, but blocking methods and specialized software are expensive and not widely available because it’s a profitable business.

Often, people asking for such methods have hidden motives: they want to create their own blocking services and monetize them. I hope your intentions are sincere. However, considering the thousands of open and closed channels disseminating materials involving child abuse, if you plan to act voluntarily and without compensation, this may turn out to be a waste of effort. Perhaps it's better to focus on something else where your efforts will yield more meaningful results.
