Telegram Bot Developer Needed

Looking for a developer with experience programming intelligent telegram bots particularly IG engagement groups.

I need to build a bot identical to traditional IG engagement group bots but for Et$y favorites instead. It would require each user to favorite a set number of profiles before other participants in the group do the same for theirs.

The bot must have the ability to auto verify the favorites were completed, produce error messages for those who have completed tasks completely and the logic needed to auto rotate the links to all users. Please reach out to discuss details
