I have a very low budget so it would be nice to find someone that can do it for little money. Ill do good things with it, please keep that in mind.

this is the tool i was using for a long time but the tool now has a error and the coder is gone and is basically scamming people that buy thru his shop. But you can kinda see how the tool works and how i would imagine the function should be. Of course everything thats not the mass report function is not necessary.

I should be able to use multiple APIs of telegram accounts and to log in multiple telegram accounts. I should be able to run "rounds" so that with every round my for example 10 accounts do report the channel/account once. After 1 round i should be able to run another round...
