I hope you guys can help me out. I'm looking for excellent sources of foreign articles to translate and rewrite. I'd be so much better if the articles/tuts are centered on technology (modern gadgets, online storage, etc. I hope you get the drift).

I'm not exactly sure how to search for it in Google. LOL.

This might help:

Went to Google Translate and translated 'technology articles' into a foreign language (French, in this case), than went to the Google TLD for France (.fr) and searched.
I'm sure you can find something using this method. You can translate specific topics or even go to foreign editions of an English website - e.g. http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipédia:Accueil_principal

lol, ArtVandelay beat me to it - choose a few keywords, use Google translate to translate them in some of the popular languages (German, French, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, etc.) and then run your search
