Number 1... you cant sell on Amazon without your parents permission in the 1st place that's in the terms. So you kind of have to use their paperwork since you are under 18.
Number 2... of course children get charged taxes. You can work at 14 on the books. The tax man will gladly take your money and not care. You can even file your own tax return only recommended if it's better to claim yourself then have your parents claim you.
