Hello guys is there any loophole for Onlyfans tax in Spain. Also I would love to know what excatly tax I need to pay in spain for Onlyfans.

Always pay your taxes. Looking for a loophole is setting yourself up for a bad time.

Don't try to fool tax office, get a gestor and pay your taxes.
Depend on your status (for example, if you are autonomo), you will have to pay VAT (21%) and then, others taxes.
The rate is between 19% and 47%.
BUT ! Don't forget, you can reduce your taxes (except VAT) by deducting your expenses from your fiscal year.
For example : you rent a flat for living, but you work at home. You can estimate the part of your flat, using for work is 30%. Your rent is €900. You can deduct €300 of your sale. And you make the same for electricity, Internet connection, etc.
(Message for moderators : gestor and autonomo are Spanish words, but it doesn't exist equivalent in English, with the same legal & fiscal definition).

I donno what it is about Spain, but whenever I do anything for my Spanish clients, some new tax gets involved

For example if you simply add a Spanish credit card to Amazon hosting, they start charging a new tax immediately. If you switch back to US or other credit card, the tax goes away

What you can do is rent some PO Box in a different country and use that for your address, the taxes go away. Ask a lawyer first tho.

Thank you guys I was in hurry thats why I posted here I have a meeting tomorrow with the accountant about tax.

I'm not sure is accurate because it depends if borke is a European citizen. Don't forget one point : in Spain, what we call taxes is also for social security contributions, which finance social security and pensions. More you pay, more you will get pensions. And the cost of PO box renting could be more expansive than paying taxes.

@borke are you European citizen (European Union I mean, no Europa as geographical area) ?

It really depends on so many factors. Like that, I can't give you an answer, sorry :(

TIL thanks

All I know is as soon as Spain shows up on the billing data, those extra charges get applied.

You're welcome :)

That's the big difference between the USA (for example) and some European countries, including Spain, but also France, Denmark, Sweden, and others I can't remember right now. What are commonly referred to as taxes cover a range of deductions, including social security contributions.
There are subtleties between countries, and I won't go into the details.
However, there's one thing that all forum members should bear in mind: the tax authorities of the European Union communicate with each other. So, unless you're paid in cash, avoiding tax in the European Union is complicated.
Nevertheless, you can play around with charges, deductions, family shares, actual place of residence, etc. And that's where it gets fun.

(I think no one will be surprised if I said I deeply studied this subject)
