I operate a local service area business in San Antonio, Texas. My business caters to real estate agents in the surrounding area, and I would like to give email marketing a try. Fortunately, real estate is a regulated business in the US, so all the realtors have to provide the state licensing authority (the Texas Real Estate Commission) with information about themselves, including an email address. This is all publicly available information that anybody can access freely; there's no black hat stuff here. After briefly attempting to learn how various scraping software and apps, I've decided to just hire someone else to do so. What would take me a week will probably take you an hour.
The job entails:
1) Go to the Texas Real Estate Commission's website (https://www.trec.texas.gov/), and go to the "license holder search" (https://www.trec.texas.gov/apps/lic...50&industry=Real+Estate&license_search=Search)
2) Change the search perimeters to the following:
a) "License Type" set to "Broker or Agent"
b) "License Status" set to "Active"
c) Type "Bexar" into the section that says "County"
3) Press "Search". There will be approximately 630 pages of results, with approximately 25 names of agents per page. This is a total of approximately 16000 brokers and agents in Bexar county.
4) Click on names on each result page. An email address of the agent will be present. Copy the name of the agent as well as the email address provided into an excel spreadsheet. The idea is that you are recording the name of the agent with the corresponding email address. I would appreciate if you can separate the first name from the last name but it is not mandatory.
5) Email me the report. I would also like this done for "Comal" county and "Guadalupe" county, but these jobs are considerably smaller than "Bexar" county and less important.
Please submit your bid to me to perform this task as well as an estimated timeframe on completion. This seems like a pretty straightforward task. I would like pricing for Comal and Guadalupe county as well. Payment will be through PayPal only.
