So my question is: HOW CAN I TARGET PEOPLE THAT I WANT TO ADD PER COUNTRY ?
Let me explain, i'm starting Iframing and my offers are only viewable by US people. To promote my offer i'm using facebook and FBP. But i haven't found any solution to sort people or target them per country, because I want my contact base to be qualified and not spamming uselessly (if the contact is not from the US he can't see the CPA offer and can't convert)
