Targeted Facebook Page "Like" Conversion Building

I am looking for help in getting a jump start on a new branded Facebook page with highly targeted "Likes" from an existing branded Facebook page. The existing Facebook page that I would like to have targeted has a total of 52,000 organic "Likes", and I was hoping to convert approx 1000 of them to my similar product.

Can someone suggest some ways of accomplishing this "Like" conversion, or tell me how much it would cost to have some do this for me?
