Hi, what are the options if someone does not delete illegal stolen content.Dcma /takedown has already been requested.Thanks for help

DCMA? I assume you meant to write DMCA? Yes, that's the best bet. Check the hosting provider/name servers and find out the location. That will give you an idea about the chances of your DMCA request succeeding.

Provider ignores DMCA requests and the site is protected with cloudflare....There must be something to kick their ass....

You can request Google to take down the content: https://support.google.com/legal/troubleshooter/1114905?hl=en

If the site is protected by cloudflare then how were you able to figure out the nameservers or IP? And if i am not wrong then one cannot find the hosting provider without IP or nameserver information.. You can send a notice to cloudflare also, they will forward it to hosting company.

A takedown service gave me the name of the hoster. Cloudflare also ignores them. Now I go to the affiliate links, which earns them money
