take advantage of no follow backlinks?

I can post my articles to sites that drive thousands of visitors to the article posted but if they dont click on the link they dont get to my website so its kind of useless, also the links are no follow, is there any way to take advantage of this or its completely useless?

If the site is sending thousands of visitors to your article then who cares whether it's ******** or not.

Hey man, the article gets thousands of visitors but its a copy of the one hosted in my site, its not IN my site so they dont see the ads or use my bandwith or anything, i can put nofollow links there and anything else but if they don actually click on the links they never get to my website, i'm adding my links as text now (without the <a> tag) so at least google sees my URL there.

Make sure the articles are well written and use good calls to actions. Don't worry about the SEO value, use it as a traffic source.
