I'll try to keep this short

    Joined this forum in 2013

Copied a couple ideas like 'cooldudes' porn re-upload method (think that was his name) and yes its the one Adrian allegedly copied and passed it off as his own method on the forum. That along with some other bits of crap was making me OK money.

Fast forward to the back end of 2015 i realized if i was going to make real money i needed to stop playing around with stuff that isn't going to pay the bills forever.

Early 2016 i created a few authority sites along with a satirical sports news site. Add in a few small projects i picked up along the way, Youtube stuff, CPA etc.

I was working like a dog, literally burning time away doing all i could to get to where i wanted to be. Mid 2016 while i was on my way to a dentist appointment i panicked, had an anxiety attack and became depressed quite badly. Now i know that it was probably because of the sheer amount of time i was spending alone working in my own little space.

Its been about 7 months since then and im almost back to 100% after a bunch of therapy sessions and beta blockers. Was touch and go early on, there was times i nearly gave up completely and i don't just mean with IM

I was and still am doing well with IM. That wasn't an issue, the problem was me locking myself away for days on end working.

Im trying not to make this post long so i'll get to the point, you NEED to take a break from time to time to reset totally both physically and mentally. You simply have to or you will crack at some point. I consider myself lucky, 7 months is a long time but it could have been a lot longer if it hadn't been for the help i received.

    Please put your health first.

Same happen for me when I went overnight from making a decent money to making barely anything. Anxiety attacks would wake me up everynight. If you want to do this shit full time you gotta have nerves of steel.

As another poster said it's no different to any other profession. I know a trader who worked in London making big money trades who was burnt out before 30, now he's a wreck after a breakdown. Life balance is important, money is no good if you're dead

True that. Even your body takes a heavy toll with sitting for such long duration. You might not notice it today but you will in the next couple of years.

Beta blockers? Man, that's rough. I agree with you, man. Burn out is a problem. Gotta keep things in perspective.

I love what I do and if I'm away from it I really miss being back at my workstation.

I've been burned out before. Last year was bad. I got friends at pubs and I can go and drink myself silly if I want in total safety, around good friends. I stopped doing that, it was hurting me.

Great advice about taking a break.

Funny thing is when you take a break, and come back to work...it doesn't really seem like you lost so much time...

We waste a lot of time online without noticing. When in doubt, just close the PC and go hang out....you may be surprised how the day lasts long even after you return and continue working.

Hawkster had a good point, your $xx xxx income will not be useful if you dying by heart attack.

For me the anxiety attacks was near to every night before I live from IM, nothing drives crazier than hard working days and night while you eat cheap shit and low income and can't see a clear future at the end!

But still even with a good salary we need some rest, my tactic to stay healthy now is to space the work time like 2h at the breakfast, 2h at the lunch and sometimes 2h at the dinner, during the day I try to do at least 1h of workout, cardio or something to make the body stay alive and simulate a real active life, plus you will be more productive and concentrated. I know it's only 6h by days and at the beginning you will work more than that, I hope it will help a mates.

Glad to hear you are doing better.

This can be the same with any line of work. Been there, done that.

Good for you on recognizing the issue and doing what you need to do to get a handle on it op!

P.S. I have always noticed your posts. You seem like a genuinely nice guy here.

A i work full time IM and many days its like working for 18-20 hrs continuous. I always live in fear that it does not create any health issue with so long working hours

    WARNING: Long reading

If there's one place where I learned myself many things, that is BHW. I consider myself quite an isolated person, to be honest, and I don't give a fuck.

Since 12 years I was like that, as I felt like I wouldn't be accepted in this world, so I started to play video games(nfs carbon was my first game that I was playing like a zombie every day for 1 year, and many games came after).

However, despite being isolated, when required to talk with different people I grab my shit and give my best to keep my cool (contrary to you, although to be honest, I was exactly in the same spot in the exact same situation), and if I tend to make rapport with that person, I'll snowball into victory(except with girls, still suck talking to them, I think)

Sometimes, I just don't make eye contact at all, and this breaks the rapport from the beginning.

In 2014 I was so frustrated that I couldn't even keep my head up when interacting with somebody. Also, I'd either talk too loud or too low; I was messed up completely.(my mental age was 12 years at best, and I was 17)

However, I kept pushing myself doing things that was out of my comfort zone and I believe this is how I evolved.

When I came into BHW, my mental age was somewhat better, 13-14 years, but I was still just a kid(believing in dreams of that gurus were spilling me etc.)

You've probably got anxious because you didn't know how the situation would turn, mostly because you don't know about what things to talk [you'd be surprised how meaningless is talking when interacting with somebody else is, it's mostly about body language, smiling(not creepy, needy kind of), visual contact and shit like that], talk is easy when you made rapport with somebody. It's like talking to a friend, family, but you need practice of course.

I envy you really. I consider myself a pretty confident/smart person, yet I managed to earn how much? $70 that I wasn't to cash out due to not earning enough. You earned money bro. You're better than at least 90%+ of the people in this world.

Even if you'd be cocky at Justin Bieber level, you deserve it(but please don't be, or be?)

Thanks to your post now I realized that there are two pieces of the puzzle, or Yin and Yang how ever you like to name it: I have the Yin, you have the yang. I gained a different perception and skills(thanks to BHW), you earned your way to self-sustaining.

In other words, You earned dam $$$, but you can't effectively make use of them because you don't perceive reality as you should. I've got the framework, but I'm damn broke, and lazy and still have doubts that I can turn into $$$.

In this world it's all about your personal satisfaction, nothing else matters, believe me. Go get a vacation because you earned it. Seriously.

P.S: One thing that makes me think you're still anxious, is that you like every single comment in your thread, because you may think that people would feel bad if you ignore them or something like that, which is nothing to be worried about. Just stop it.

    You'll feel better, I betcha.

There are many things that I have missed, but I hope it will help you a little, and not mess up you even more...

I know I've realized that sitting in front of the PC is not always good. These days I'll just unplug almost 100% some days, usually on Sundays. Even if it's just lounging around at home it's still good for me. I've also come to accept the fact that I'll never always have something to do. I've got money flowing in all directions at all times, but the actual work for me sometimes is non-existent. It's those times that I'll try and watch a movie or go hang out with family. My mistake at the beginning was thinking I had to be around my PC 24/7. Definitely not the case.

It's also really important to remind yourself that you're living a good life. I've got it fairly good right now, just want to make more money of course. Debt free, low cost of living, supportive family, etc. I could have it A LOT worse. I definitely need to work on getting more exercise, though.

Best of luck with your health, it's important.
