T1 backlink article

i am little bit confused about T1 backlink article .
i buy lots of article last few month and i believe most of article are not written by hand they will used software may be Kontent machine or wordai.
but all pass copyscape.that's my PERSONAL views after reading those article, i used different source available in net currently. $6 per 500. i never pay more that that.
some website selling 10$ for 500 word i never thing those.

i am little bit confused. i wanted to buy Kontent machine, but its too costly..
BUT Can i able to used Kontent machine for My T1 link.

Yes kontent machine can be used for tier 1 but it SHOULDN'T be if you are looking for long-term rankings.

Nowadays tier 1 should either be hand written content, or highly spun and extremely readable content.

For Tier1 it is not recommended. Suppose if your website is churn and burn type then can use it.
