About two weeks ago, I ordered the 100 proxies a month package, being told several times that 70-75% of the proxies are US. Turns out 0% of the proxies are US. Not only that, but the lists has been only updated once since then, and, last time I checked, starting to have a high failure rate.

Their customer service is very slow to nonexistent. I pmed both on 11/19 demanding a refund, and have had no reply since.

I gave them about 2 weeks to get their act together and to live up to their promises, and they failed miserably in doing that.

I am now waiting for a refund that will probably never happen, at least not without them reading this on a public forum.

Yeah I was interested in purchasing a while back, and when I finally got a reply out of them they where totally stand offish.
 
Were these services purchased via BHW?

Edit: When it comes to proxies, apekillape here on the forum is an indisputable authority. but please don't tell him I said that :)

if u want quality proxy and excellent support, then see the Olden's review of Packetflip proxies.

I went for that and quite satisfied with the support and product.Jonathan is always online and ready to answer anything. Take a DEMO run and test yourself.

Ah, totally forgot about that! I'm just learning to use proxies now.

I support products that resemble the sales pitch. My understanding is that Olden's products overdeliver in that regard.

symbiotic has finally pmed me back offering a refund.
