In my opinion, video appeal will have a higher success rate. Because once the account is suspected, they will need honesty, only then can they get the account back.

Tried it recently - doesn't work. The account gets banned immediately, the same day. They are 100% aware of the trick, especially after it is published here for free, publicly.
