Switch from manual to automated fulfillment

Anyone out there that started to manually fulfill their orders then switch to automated? How many orders per day was too much for you to take? I have 23 items but 56 different alterations and am shooting for 100 items just for variety so... possibly 140+ different colors and what not.

Would you have just jumped into Alidrop or ali2woo immediately or wait until orders pickup?

Also secondary question. Which do you prefer, Ali or ali2woo and why? I'm not immediately seeing many differences between the two besides price and they both seem to be lifetime one time payments besides the support for ali2woo ending after 6 months (奇怪）
