Suspicious activity FB - Can't login with mobile (no other options)? Connected Pages without admin n

Hey,

I kind of need urgent help. I don't have access to the phone number used for my facebook acc, and I got a suspicious activity message. It's prompting me to enter the code, but I can't get it. There are no other options to login. I tried resetting the password but after it's reset, it just asks for the SMS code again.

Anyone have any contact page I can use? Any similar experiences? The account is connected to two pages, which I now lost admin rights to and they can't be found. Is there a way to at least recover the pages now that they don't have an admin?

When I visit the page URL, I get some sort of error page, saying:

Sorry, this content isn't available at the moment
The link you followed may have expired, or the Page may only be visible to an audience that you aren't in.

Is there a way to regain access to the pages or my account? The pages are what's important to me.

Does anyone have a solution to this? So, I need to either recover the pages (which have no admins now) or recover the account (but I can't access the phone number).

Odds are that FB will deactivate the account all together in a few weeks if you cannot verify by the phone number and should that happen the pages will also disappear unless you had another person as an admin.

I've lost pages that way (80 some actually) and now have other accounts I control as Admins on pages as well as the main account.

Bad news I know but that has how it has gone historically for me.

That's what I was afraid of. So, there are no contact forms to go to for this issue?

I never had any luck.

You need to rebuild as there is virtually no shot at getting things back.

I've never had a situation where they wanted a verification via text on a number I no longer had control of end up any other way than the account getting nuked.

I guess backup admins are a must, then. I just wish I learned more from other people, rather than my own mistakes!
