suspended app, relation between developer rank

Hello guys
I have a question regarding getting an app suspension from google play, does it affect the rank of your other apps listed in the same developer account ?

cuz i got 2 suspensions in one account i was afraid of getting a ban, so i transfered an app that's working well , to another account which already has 1 suspension,
but i remarked that earning from admob dropped drastically after the transfer...

is it normal ?

It's normal, account have factor that you cannot bypass by blackhat, SEO or something like this - "account authority", has be mentioned in one of I/O, probably 2016. Account getting "points". If you have apps with 1 mln downloads and more, move to fresh account or account with overall bad stats, app will get authority factor from new account.
Thats why I am sending emails to old, not active developers asking for buying accounts.

It is an account opened by my brother credentials, in another country

Concerning buying accounts, do you get also the original email used for google play dev registration ?

If it ranks well - do not touch. You shouldn't move that app between accounts. 2 suspends may decrease account rank, but from my experience, it happens rarily.
If you see very big drop in userbase - maybe try to publish an update. Sometimes it helps.

Yes it's well ranked, and it has 3M+ dwlds , why shouldn't i move it between accounts ?
It has an average of 8K new installs/day now it sticks in 1000 install / day
And i think because of the account that has a bad rank...

if you move your app for different account, you will loose authority factor

No
It's time * number of installs and you account slowly growing in authority ranking

if you have moved app to new account or bad account, then all effort to promote this app is wasted, you need to start from beggining, including initial installs and other forms of promotion
