It's been renamed.
These are all the names of the same tool. There are many other new and advanced tools for managing quality accounts as well in the market, albeit not as cheap as them. But gets the job done.
Could you refer me to some of these?

Not quite. Is not that easy for sure, but that doesn't mean there are not people out there that are still doing it myself included.
ive been using/trying some instagram MC service from BHW but it all feels like scams. They are not providing the promised results. Maybe it is not possible anymore , i dont know......but growth instagram with bots or services seems like history.
Well, they are still good for bulk content publishing if you have good limits and settings.
