i was scammed from a Jr BHW member, i tried a dispute twice and got deleted
after contacting support they told me im not allowed a dispute since the deal took place on telegram and didnt start on BHW
when i found the scammer tread his telegran id was all over the place and no warnings to start the deal here on bhw
if so you got scammed and there is no way for you to open a dispute and the scammer listing is still there waiting for other victims

my uggestion is to add a warning for the user stating clearly that if you start the deal outside you got scammed and there is nothing you can do about it

So how did you find them then? Or how did you/them approach you/them? Do they have a Sales thread? Did they offer their services via WTB/HAF?

There are plenty of approved Dispute Threads where someone got scammed by dealing through a 3rd party app.

You directly contact on telegram, haven't you message the seller. I always first message here and then talk on telegram and when i close the deal, again write things here.

they have a Sales thread with their telegram account in every comment

Myself and the other staff members were provided with a rule clarification recently that we are meant to only handle disputes that started directly on the forum. The reasons for this were provided by @Diamond Damien back in December in this thread here.
We only have visibility over our small piece of the internet, so we decided to review only what we can see when it comes to dispute resolutions as outlined in our process here https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/dispute-resolution-rules-procedures.1246633/ . If the transaction didn't start on BHW, we don't have a way to verify the validity of any claims raised against a brand or member therefore we won't be extending the dispute resolutions scope any further beyond transactions that happen on BHW.

Many of us who handle the disputes are aware of what you described in your opening post and the implications of this. Due to this clarification, there is unfortunately nothing more that can be done at this time to address these new potential opportunities that you've suggested.

As @kamleshkumarf5 said, always post in a sales thread or even message the seller here on BHW before engaging in any transaction. This will ensure your dispute will meet this requirement when you submit it.
