I think i know now what's the problem, and it's because i was using the 5 minutes email or the limited time kinda emails, I think that's way!

Stop with follow/unfollow and work on growing your page authentically before you start posting ads. You need your followers to be fans before they will buy your stuff - especially if they're buying stuff they're supposed to wear. If you have an authentic following it will also help you avoid getting arbitrarily banned in future. Take a look at facebook pages like doggo bamboozle army or african wild pupper (doggo?) they are facebook pages, but they started out sharing doge memes, got the community engaged sharing pics of their own dogs and memes, and then started selling t-shirts and merch once their followers actually wanted to rep their page.

Okay... my dog niche account was banned anyway so i'm in a very good niche now which i receive 100 organically followers a day and with following people interested in this niche i get 300 followers easy!, so should i stop following even when people that i follow are very interested with bunch of likes and comments? i mean following could increase the process!

Hard to give you advice without knowing the new niche (if you already mentioned it sorry I didn't see it). Generally I think the stupider the followers are associated with that niche, then the more likely follow/unfollow is to work. IMO for babe niche it totally works, but I'd rather still avoid it. Do you actually interact with the accounts you followed/unfollowed after the follow/unfollow action?

follow/unfollow works it just sucks. Its painfully slow, not scalable and can get you banned.
If you can figure out how to spend $1 on ads and profit $2 from it you can run that ad for ever and be a very happy person.
However, you MUST be willing to spend $1 and receive $0 in return for every $1 spent on branding.
Posting pictures, $5-$15 boosts each picture and then running hard ads every so often to make you money.
You dont need a bunch of followers to make money just good content and good ads, you may need some for social proof but NEVER buy fake followers.
I reccommend buying from instagramgrowpros.com for social proof.

when you have that few followers, you can use other users in your niche to your advantage. Ask other dog pages to do a shoutout for you if they have good engagement. That way you can even test out if your products are worth wasting time on if a large page can sell them
