I was just trying to get away from the C19, how to make money if my I lost my job BS and pick brains of other members

Lounge thread that does not violate the rules by any means.

US Open is going to be on TV today, wings will be baked, not grilled, dogs will steal some of that chicken.

Also going to continue some testing in the BST approval subforum as there was an update recently (shout out to @Jammie Dodger for the updates) to make sure the community is getting the best we can offer.

Today was a family day, I was outside all day, roasting pig and setting up the pool for a good 4 hours (just pool).

The pool is big, but while we set it up, wiped it, clean it up, and all that in the sun... I got really tired.

Nice day, it’s Father’s Day here in the U.K so I was out by the pool with my 2 year old.

I say pool in the loosest sense of the word. We had blocked sewer drains, had some rip off bastards out to clear it twice and use a camera etc to locate where the issue is.

This week I had 2 guys come out to dig a hole in the garden where this company told me the problem is.

I now have a 2m by 2m, almost 2m deep hole in my garden because they couldn’t find the pipe. It’s been raining so that’s now our pool.

We eventually had the proper water board out who told us we had been ripped off and that because it joins their pipe in my garden, they sort it out for free. And the company were 2ft out in their location of the pipe anyway.

At least I could eat 15 packets of crisps today without the misses complaining.

Oh and Btb, if you are reading this, I couldn’t see where to reply, thanks for your understanding of my explanation of that post a day or 2 back.
