    Hello fellow Blackhatters.

I have as many users been around this great forum for months and for countless others; for years, reading and studying methods in many threads hoping to succeed in the Internet Marketing Business. I decided to follow a great thread by bluematter, where one chooses a niche, writes articles and rank for specific keyword or longtail keywords, in hope to get some success with Adsense.

I have a website, I got accepted into Adsense but I am in need of learning about link building.

Note: Just to inform those who will suggest me to search the forum, I have read hundreds of pages but they were from 2010 and even before that, which makes me believe some of their methods are outdated. Though of course I know that strong backlinks are king in ranking a website(no matter what) with a mixture of d0-follow and no-follow from .EDU & .GOV which google seems to love.

I know where to find those pages for backlinks manually from google by using footprints such as site:.edu "post a comment" -"must be logged in", "powered by wordpress", etcetera but this method takes countless hours and they may be worth it, and if anyone here says that is the best way to do so, then I shall try that way but it's a tedious method. I know about scrapebox but I for a better word, cannot afford such a product at this stage of my life. I have been following this guide /blackhat-seo/white-hat-seo/291319-search-engine-optimization-method-literally-rank-any-term-you-want.html [page from this website; cannot post url: apologies]

Which leads me to my question: Could any of you internet marketers lead me in the right direction with a link to another thread on a good method to find high PageRank websites with do-follow and no-follow(or one specifically).

Scapebox will help alot when it comes to building links, try to work up to purchasing scrapebox at least if you are serious on starting to build links.
The manual way is so hard, and one $80 program can do all the scraping you need, makes life hell of a lot easier, especially building big link lists! You would still do manual link building for tier 1s with the help of SB scraping links, however having lists at your disposible is awesome and not so time consuming.
Look into scrape box and buy it.
It detects PR, DO-Follows and No-follows, most of the stuff you need to get started

Another thing to look at is link diversity - you will need to try to spread links out on high quality tier 1 to tier 2 and tier 3 on all matter of platforms.
This takes time doing it the manual way and programs like Ultimate Demon and GSA Serp speed that process along.
I always make my tier 1 links as high quality as i can using web 2.0s and verious platforms such as blogger, wordpress.com, tumblr.

    Hope this helps

I see, thank you for your response Jhonny. I definitely need to be looking into getting scrapebox as I had already figured since I am very serious about link building at this point which is crucial.

Still looking for more suggestions if possible.

I know you don't want to hear read the forum but that's how most of us have learned. It's not a specific thread but bits and pieces of golden nuggets that you find in different threads. It's trial and error as well. You can learn from YouTube and Google too.

In 2013-2014 it's all about highly relevant and natural link building. Buying Scrapebox and mass building links is not a good idea. I use it to find links and manually build them. It's pretty much the same thing you're doing now. You can survive without it until you have the money. Of course Scrapebox does a ton of useful things but it can wait. Look up dropmylink. It's a website that's free and will find links for you using footprints. Use proxies or you will get banned from Google though.

Go over to moz.com/blog and start reading some things there. Here's a good one to start with. Moz.com/blog/how-to-rank. Keep reading here, check out YouTube and search Google. Search for tiered link building. There's some threads here about it.

If you're trying to rank a site for the long term then do things slowly, naturally and keep it relevant.

OP As I understand it you're getting frustrated at how long it is taking to do manual link building. Scrapebox or any form of scraper really is going to help you a massive amount. If your strapped for cash you can search for scrape gigs on fiverr. Just be intelligent with your results / queries and you will do well. Matt Woodwards videos (posted up there) are worth watching too.
As for 2013 / 2014 - a few oldschool techniques seem to be starting to function again or so it appears but I might be wrong so that stuff isn't always done and dusted. You have to try those methods out in your own way with your own spin to see if it works or not. You may be surprised at the results. You don't sound stupid so I doubt you'll just go xrumer blast your T1 or $ site or be stupid with quantity all at once.

I want to add that you don't go hard enough, my link is the 15 in the search results of the forum for the keyword "link building", go do the same on google and youtube, stop asking superficial question when you can find the answer so easily.

Dude - I don't think it was a superficial question really. The dude explained why he created this thread and is now at a frustrating point. Clearly he knows how to build links, but is in a pickle as to how to make it efficient / cost-effective. I have to be fair and say that no-one is going to hand it to him on a plate and yes there are some great articles about it; I feel he was asking for some pointers to the better articles. If you have a "link" that is 15th when searching this forum for "link building" thats nice of you to let him know. Perhaps posting a link to it with your suggestion would be handy for him.

Thank you for your response ilovestocks. I have learned a lot from many threads that I have searched from the forum which has completely changed my understanding of many things, specially SEO. My sole purpose on scrapebox was for finding high quality links niche related but not for mass commenting/spam. I started reading some of it and it's really helpful for sure, thank you.

Thank you for this, it's really the lead that I was needing, it will definitely help me understand much more, thanks.

Yes, that is the major reason why I want scrapebox, it sure cuts out a lot of work but for a while I can stay without it. I will look into fiverr.
Those videos seem very informative on tiers and building strong sites without causing negative effects on your main money website, I will watch and study it for sure. I definitely would not blast anything for my main website, lol.

It wasn't really superficial as ash2012 stated.

I don't want to have anything handed to me, there is nothing better than knowledge and I don't like to depend on others specially when it involves internet marketing and computers in general. I like to learn everything from scratch and what it does and happens[I am a programmer:mostly web development].
I do have a question for the Matt Woodward videos. I watched two videos and mainly the first one got me thinking. Building Tier1, Tier2 and Tier3 for the main domain is mostly what it's used for. But if it were any of you, if you were trying to rank the inner pages, would you do it for these specific pages from your url or the main url?

Of course I help you because I sense that you take action but I push you harder in your mindset of "pushing through the pain" by telling you that you can again depend on yourself for that, do not fall back in the asking trance that all beginner are trap in.

For your question: ask in the "link building matt woodward" thread the guy is a beast and he will answer you.
