[Suggestions Needed] Have a 2K mailing list, how to monetise?

So, I have a mailing list with nearly 2,000 members. I know it's not a lot compared to the pros here, but considering its a highly niche interest based list, I am assuming there are better ways to milk the list. Currently, I'm sending 2-3 automated newsletters per week that are bringing in traffic to my site and driving zero sales.

What do you think is the best way to make money out of it? PS: I don't want to be selling the list.

What kind of newsletters are you using to drive engagement?
Do you think the newsletter could be better integrated to drive people into your sales funnel? Or does your newsletter just drop them onto a random blog post?

Why 2-3 automated newsletters? Are they highly targeted?
Have you tracked engagement days/times?
Wondered if a nicer weekly newsletter might be better?
Is your newsletter engaging, pictures, a video, some article snippets, maybe a full article write-up?

Short out active E-mail users from that list. You can track, how many emails being opened and how many clicks are getting.
Don’t send Emails on any random topic.Send some really good engaging articles related to websites.
