[Suggestions Needed] Future porn contract for marketing content already produced.....

Pretty much only asking suggestions from anyone who are currently making 5k+ a month with the online porn marketplace/ads/videos/affiliates/stores.......

I have been aimlessly emailing and cold calling porn companies pretty much just asking if "the rights of their videos are for sale for my marketing purposes". Because I have been trying to go down the xvideos upload journey but without actually hitting the stupid copyright stuff all of the time. I figured if I had rights to use content then I could just start my journey better.

Long story short, I did get a phone call back from a porn producer who has been doing XXX videos since around 2003....... meanwhile he knows their videos are being stolen all of the time and just says "theres nothing we can really do about it, but we are only making around $X,XXX.XX. (If you're smart you will take the top number and insert here ;-). He goes on to tell how porn is a dying business month by month but I'm sure it's because they have been running the same method of marketing since 2003....

There current website's purposes is they sell videos still on dvd format, also as digital content itself. The website is made very poorly so they ended up making another one..... the new website has an ugly domain name, but offers the videos on a more PPV based setup. (Buy 40 tokens for $49.99 la la la, this video is 8 tokens to download) While the other website still offers you to create a dvd etc.

Meanwhile my pitch was originally "I want to buy the rights of your content to monetize"

Problems encountered:

1.) This guy did not seem very keen about the idea of me using their videos as more of a "bait" to push advertisements for other websites. Such as toys, dating, chaturbate, etc. As he wants all the marketing to buy videos..... which I have been trying to explain is a very hard conversion. (He does collect emails on his new site though thats a plus). The thing is I can convince this to happen if I am able to prove numbers are better than what he is doing now.

2.) I suck at website design lol. Plus, I would need software that posts to MANY MANY porn tubes..... or I could just use the one on bhw here that uploads to 8 websites.

3.) I'm not sure how I can convince this guy that using his 200+ videos for marketing another program might be in his best benefit. (Currently they are uploading to hotmovies and gamelink to monetize their videos)

4.) The percentage is yet to be discussed but I won't do any less than 30% after taxes if this contract were to be signed.

5.) Apparently I have to fly to Los angeles in the next month to give my pitch. lol

6.) What paperwork needs to be submitted to become authorized to market the material. Do I need to upload 100s of ID's or??

Moreover, I am asking for advice from serious marketers in the porn industry, either whitelabel or not. Just for a marketing plan and which offers may or may not work for my best interest. Inbox does work as I understand how someone wouldn't want this information exposed. If it does turn to my benefit, I might just reward the best information with a bonus .

Bumping again..... is it hard to get each video verified in the tube system? That might be a big problem if so... any experience? Upload ID's and paperwork?

Meanwhile as my bumping constantly keeps getting more and more annoying..... ;-)

Then don't use his videos to promote other programs!

Basically, you would still do the bulk uploading method. These preview videos would be watermarked with a tracking link. Make sure the link is very similar to his brand name. If he uses .com, then use a .net or something so that you can track type in traffic referred from these videos. (Even better if you can put a cookie on the redirect domain so that you can track the traffic that ends up purchasing tokens from his website.)

This would be an easy sell if you present it right. As he said, he's in a "dying business". You can offer this as a life-raft to him to save him from sinking, and to help push his business above "only" $X,XXX,XXX.

If you do this, you won't be focusing on getting commissions from product sales or cam site sign ups; you'd be using his videos to market HIS website. Something that I'm sure he would love.

If you can bring him a million dollars in business, then you can offer your service for at least half of that.

Sorry for not answering your original questions, but I just had an intriguing idea in my head.

I appreciate all suggestions. Any idea on how to get started looking into a tracking pixel? I know this is probably more on their end but I want to kind of back my statements up for this.
