I’m currently looking for reliable Mass Mailing Service Providers to support my business’s growing email outreach. A few people in my network mentioned SMTPmart, iDealSMTP and Mailjet as a solid option, but I haven’t used it before. If anyone here has experience with them or other mass mailing services, I’d really appreciate your insights. How is the deliverability, ease of use, and customer support? And are there any key features I should be paying attention to when choosing a provider?

When you're looking for mass mailing services, my recommendation is to focus on two things above all else: deliverability and customer support. These will have the most impact on expanding your email exposure. Make sure it integrates with your current tools and has capabilities like analytics and automation. You can find out which platform is most user-friendly by trying out a free trial.

Mailjet is generally the safest and easiest to start with. SMTPmart and iDealSMTP can work, but deliverability really depends on list quality and proper IP warm-up.

When choosing, focus more on IP reputation, DKIM/SPF setup, and support — those matter more than the provider name.

We worked and continue working with Octopus Email for mass email campaigns. So far no issues, support replies via email quite fast too.
Before we were with MailChimp and Klavio, but not the best experience, too many triggers

Use the services that accept cold mailing, platforms like MailChimp, GetResponse, Brevo...are not for cold mailing.

For mass mailing, I’ve had good experiences with SendGrid and Amazon SES both offer solid deliverability and scalability. Definitely check for dedicated IP options and analytics features for better control.

Tried to sign up with Octopus Email but their activation/verification email went straight in my spam folder. A bit of an ominous start in regards to inboxing rate...

Hello samues,

Mailjet is a solid choice for reliable infrastructure and has been a staple for businesses focusing on clean deliverability through proper authentication. When choosing a provider, always prioritize those that offer integrated SPF, DKIM, and DMARC tools, as these are critical for reaching inboxes in 2026. It is also worth checking for built in list cleaning features to maintain a high sender reputation and avoid spam filters. Testing customer support during a trial period is the most effective way to see if their service fits your specific scaling needs.

I'm using Sendgrid and InstantlAI since 2 years. No issues. Instantlyai unibox is broken but sending email is not an issue.

Most providers don't allow cold mailing, so don't go for a random top rated provider like MailChimp. It's better to work with your own setup. Sendgrid and Amazon ses are most preferred solutions. IP reputation and DKIM/SPF setup are important for inbox delivery.
