Suggestions for content

hello guys,
new guy here .. i need content for some web2.0 sites i want to build out .
i have come across article forge . i was wondering if someone has used them and how good the quality of the content is ?
or is there any other way to get content ?
i can read and rewrite it i have to just need some base content to start with.
