I have seen many lyrics music videos uploaded by non-copyright holding channels and they have been getting large number of views. Since their videos have not been taken down, it seems they are part of a partner network which has the license to use the copyrighted music.

What are the good youtube partner networks for uploading videos related to music which is not mine?
