[Suggestion needed] Best & Cheap webhost with Dedicated US IP

I'm planning to purchase hosting for my new website. my website going to have 1M database records and i'm targeting US visitors.

Since Black friday is in next 11 days, i want to utilize offers provided by hosting companies.

So Please share some good hosting providers with 100% uptime, fast and secure.

My budget: $ 50 - $ 100 per year.

1M? A thousand or a million. A thousand is nothing. A million is alot.

Or try Webhosting talk. I saw some ultracheap dedicated servers for $20 a month. They are 12/24 Xeon 5650 dual processors with 64GB memory. I dont know how much the IP's cost per month, probably $1 each. They are old but they have a passmark of 11,000 which is still good enough for most people with a medium amount of traffic.

You are responsible for managing them. Platinum Server Management charges $29 a month and you can get a cheap CPanel license with the new pricing
