Launch tools ex. Ahrefs/Semrush (you can buy it from 29$ or search for cheaper groupbuy) and check your competition for these niches carefully first. In the tools I mentioned, you can enter individual keywords and analyze backlinks, which will allow you to obtain many guest and thematic posts.

For those niches, free lists are usually dead anyway. Better move is to reverse engineer competitors’ backlinks and pitch the same blogs directly, most limo and luxury travel sites still take guest posts if the angle is local or experience-based.
